You will work at meeting agreed service levels for Live and UAT by championing and prioritising client support incidents, through to resolution and restoration of service. You will be expected to effectively handle client escalations of high impacting incidents. To do this successfully, you will need to gain a good understanding of CDL applications, CDL clients and their business needs. You will be in direct contact with senior internal and external clients, representing CDL on scheduled conference calls, face-to-face meetings and Client Service Reviews. Your responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with clients at operational and senior management levels. Champion and prioritise client support issues within CDL. Align client service activities with corresponding roles in Commercial Operations department and Project Management. Schedule regular visits to clients to build and maintain relationships and understand client issues. The Junior Service Delivery Leader will also be responsible for Client Service Improvements working with the teams within Service Management to achieve SLA's. Principal Client Implementation Manager We are looking for a Principal Client Implementation Manager to join the team. You will jointly lead and develop the CIM team in delivering high quality and cost-effective system implementations on schedule and to client specification. Adopts a proactive approach to the development of CDL applications in line with customer requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Consultancy: drives process reviews with clients to ensure best practice is used requiring advanced CDL application knowledge promoting new facilities, software and services. Produce process review documentation including metrics. Maintains an awareness of the functionality available in competitor systems. Discovery: key player in the delivery of Discovery phases and/or Health checks that precede and protect projects and programmes. New Business: assists new business bids including RFIs, presentations, demonstrations. Skills development: leads the development of allocated team members skills and knowledge by providing coaching and mentoring on CDL applications and best practice business process. Stature : acts as an ambassador for the CIM function, Professional Services and CDL setting standards of excellence and achievement. System development: proactively seeks and promotes system enhancement requirements from new and existing clients. Reviews system developments to confirm user requirements satisfied. Collaborates with Product Owners and Development proposing enhancements and introduction of new technologies. Competence in specifying, implementing and configuring Strata to enable an assigned client to successfully run their business. Defines and designs the application configuration for the software solution in accordance with the scope/objectives agreed requiring advanced CDL application knowledge. Liaises with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to define the total solution and component application requirements. Advising customers on best practice regarding solution deployment. Ensures that services delivered are signed-off as completed to enable invoicing in accordance with agreed procedures. Participates in implementing all actions required to deploy an application; assists in ensuring that the application meets both technical and business needs. Completes Config documentation.
