Autonet, one of the UK's largest van insurance brokers, aimed to gain control over their customer acquisitions and offer even more competitive prices. They wanted a solution that combined data enrichment and Real Time Pricing (RTP) to enable them to compete effectively on aggregator sites. CDL's Strata solution enabled Autonet to offer real-time pricing and broker data enrichment, including Experian Delphi for Insurance (DFI), to all major channels, including contact centre, web and aggregator business. The enrichment service allowed Autonet to analyse public credit data in real-time, alongside fully integrated data enrichment from other sources, in order to assess a customer's propensity to claim or default on payment. By combining this with RTP, Autonet was able to improve the quality of new business.
