Hummingbird is a proven, high speed data intelligence solution, able to aggregate, search and analyse millions of records at sub-second speed, creating a range of applications and making it a powerful solution for organisations dealing with high volume transactions and looking to tackle fraud before it happens.

It uses ultra-fast, open source Elasticsearch technology to:

• Ingest data from a range of sources
• Undertake complex search and matching routines
• Connect disparate records to determine single, real-world entities
• Provide a holistic view of all customer transactions

Hummingbird is delivered using AWS services as software as a service (SaaS) to ensure resilience and scalability when storing and processing big data. It uses APIs and interfaces available either over the web, or configurable over AWS Privatelink, a highly available, scalable technology that allows CDL to privately connect a customer's AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to Hummingbird's VPC endpoint services, ensuring the ultimate security and privacy of customer data.
