How did you get into insurance?
Like most, I fell into it. I opened up a two-page Axa Insurance spread in the East Anglian Daily Times job section (I was working at the EADT at the time as a sales person, selling commercial advertising space). I felt like a change and thought, well, let’s give it a go!

What you love about it?
The people. I’ve met some amazing individuals and had the pleasure of working closely with many over the last couple of decades and forming the best friendships as a result.

What you hate about it?
The negative impact that aspects of regulation has on the customer.

Trust
