ServiceNow System Administrator Reports to ServiceNow Manager The Role To provide ongoing configuration and development of ServiceNow as the key Service Management software tool for CDL. To liaise with colleagues who have administrative roles/administrative access to ServiceNow in the use and configuration of the system. To deliver solutions to fulfil departmental and corporate requirements for process and service improvements using ServiceNow. To support internal and external users of ServiceNow via the core system and the portal. To schedule and carry out administrative tasks to maintain the ServiceNow instances. Senior Training Specialist & Implementation Support Designs, develops, maintains and delivers professional blended learning, via online training solutions and classroom training, to CDL's clients and employees. The principal focus is on high quality online learning in order to develop product that can be licensed and commercialised for use by clients to meet their learning requirements. Assists in the delivery of application and service implementations, providing a high standard of professional consultancy service, in respect of CDL developed application software and best practice. Works self-sufficiently and collaboratively to ensure team and departmental goals are achieved. Supports the development of CDL applications, in line with customer requirements.
