Technical Support
CDL PSL’s Technical Support team is responsible for the testing and quality assurance of insurer product rating.  In addition to testing new CDL products, the team supervises the running and subsequent checking of hundreds of thousands of test-quotations every night, to identify any discrepancies in insurers’ intended ratings.

CDL PSL also includes a team of relationship and product development managers, the main communication point for our insurer partners, ensuring a rapid response and consistent point of contact irrespective of the project being undertaken.
