CDL Group Holdings Ltd (CDL) is privately owned and has been trading in the insurance broking software marketplace since 1978.

CDL currently employs over 260 people in its prestigious new £6M headquarters at Strata House, Kings Reach Road, Stockport, Stockport SK4 2HD.

CDL’s financial year-end is 30 September and for the year ending 2007 achieved a turnover of £15.5M and a pre-tax profit of £2.5M. For 2008, CDL is on target to achieve £17.5M turnover and a pre-tax profit of £2.9M.
