News 1 May -2008 - CDL signs deal with Quotes 2 Me
CDL has signed a deal with insurance portal Quotes 2 Me to supply its aggregation services.
It is the second technology provider within a fortnight to enter an agreement with Quotes 2 Me, which recently announced a deal with Open GI that allows brokers to make price comparisons online.
CDL, which offer XML-based aggregator services, said the aggreement takes the number of aggregators using the CDL gateway service to over 20.
Nigel Phillips, CDL's business strategiest, said: "Clearly brokers with a wide ranging panel will benefit from the traffic sourced through this channel, and equipped with an array of pricing tools and their broking skills will undoubtedly be well placed to grow their revenues."
Manjit Rana, chief executive at Quotes 2 Me, commented: "This has been an exciting month for us. Two of the leading broker technology providers are now working with Quotes 2 Me to help their brokers compete more effectively for the 15 milllion plus consumers and SME's sourcing insurance online.
