Software house CDL has won a contract to install its Strata broking system for wholesale intermediary, Millennium Insurance. The household and ASU (accident, sickness and unemployment) specialist is to move to CDL in order to benefit from its ability to offer high levels of automation for its full range of products and delegated schemes across both commercial and personal lines insurances.
Implementation of Strata will enable Millennium to automate its renewals and integrate premium finance facilities. A key objective for the system is to provide Millennium with a robust link between its back office and online trading centre, where data is entered by mortgage intermediaries and independent financial advisors.
Sue Dimmock, operations manager of Millennium Insurance, anticipates: “Strata will put an end to the need for us to manually re-key 2000 renewals per month. We have been very impressed with its slick workflow and are expecting it to significantly increase our productivity.”
CDL Strata is designed to offer an intuitive interface for operators due to its Windows based layout and logical workflow.
CDL general manager, Rick Slater comments, “We are delighted that Strata has been chosen by Millennium and look forward to working with them to ensure the system boosts their capacity and business growth.”
Strata has been developed by CDL to offer both personal lines and commercial intermediaries the ultimate platform for business growth. It is easily scalable and supports multiple branches, channels, brands and affinities.
